Wendy has been with Teck Resources Limited for 24 years, starting in accounting and transitioning to various positions in HR further in her career, where she found a passion for developing, implementing, and maintaining consistent and efficient processes between HR and Payroll using technology. Wendy’s experience lent to the successful implementation of an HR/Payroll system for the Coal business unit at Teck and, more recently, she has taken on the role of Global Process Owner for a new initiative to implement SAP Payroll and Time and Attendance for all of Teck.
