In the most recent stop of his career journey, Joe is fostering a culture of innovation at WorkForce Software while developing their Product Management Team and practices to support a fast-growing and global enterprise SaaS business. Joe lives in Michigan with his wife (Jeanette) and three daughters (Addison, Lily and Grace).

Lani Hoffmann-Davis, Senior Systems Architect for Peckham, Inc. in Lansing, Michigan, is an experienced solutions analyst with a demonstrated history of working with HRIS/FIT and compliance software solutions, with an emphasis on automation and user experience.  Holding both Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) degrees, she applies her well-rounded background to the solutions she implements.  Lani has been working with Workforce Software since 2010, primarily as an implementation and application consultant.  She began working with Peckham during their ACT implementation in 2017 and took a permanent role in 2019. Lani resides in Plymouth, Michigan with her husband, Evan and two children, Jack and Celeste.
