Thoughts on Adapting to the New Normal from Leslie Tarnacki, SVP of Human Resources at WorkForce Software | People Matters

2020 upended the traditional world of work, but even as the world recovers from COVID-19, work won’t be going back to “normal.” Instead, companies will need to adjust for vulnerabilities that were exposed and solidify their plans for managing a global, hybrid workforce.

She also revealed how WorkForce focused on investing in employees’ in-home office, flexible hours, childcare and eldercare support, and new virtual social events to boost employee engagement.
